Tip: Watch Out for Counterfeit Tech Products Online

Andy Ihnatko advises being very careful whenever buying a consumable product, such as a battery or a memory card. There are a lot of counterfeit technology being sold as official products. If the price from one seller is significantly less than the actual list price, that's a warning sign. If you're on Amazon and it's being sold by a seller that only sells a few different kinds of memory cards, or if it's not being sold directly through Amazon, there should be cause for concern.
