On The New Screen Savers recorded on Saturday, August 11, 2018, with Leo Laporte and Robert Heron:
- Engadget reviews editor Cherlynn Low gives her hands-on impressions of the newly announced Samsung Galaxy Note9.
- We cleared up some wall space and had the folks from Hisense mount their 100" 4K Ultra HD Smart Laser TV. This short throw laser projector and ambient light rejecting screen come with a monster price tag of $9K. Robert gives us his professional take on the picture and sound quality from the two built-in Harman Kardon speakers and a wireless subwoofer.
- The new Razer Blade laptop claims to be the world’s smallest 15.6" gaming laptop. It's a lot thinner than the typical gaming laptop but can it keep cool?
- Jason Howell, our Android expert, gives us a run-through of all the new stuff on the just-released Android Pie OS.
- Megan Morrone wants you to get a good night's sleep. She shows some gadgets for reading, listening, and breathing in bed.
- And in Call for Help and Mail Bag, Robert answers some of your home theater questions.
