Baggage blunders, Revision3 looks Foxy, the evolution of media and blogs, Safari on Windows, and more.
- It's a TWiT Spring Break (for Leo anyway) in Australia. TWiT to take two weeks off, but many shows continue.
- Heathrow mishandles thousands of bags due to software problem. Many flights cancelled, some leave without luggage.
- Revision3 acquired by Fox News? And which part of Jonathan Schwartz' April Fools post is the prank? TWiT's still not getting acquired by G4.
- Out with the newspaper and in with the blog? Is print media dead?
- XM Radio and Sirius merger one step closer. Leo's radio show is on XM and he spoke recently at a radio convention. NPR now doing podcasts. New York Times' Bits blog now breaking stories. Times publisher last year predicted less print in their future.
- Twitter becoming the signaler of news? Is self-selecting linking to news/opinion the death of journalism? It's the Innovator's Dilemma.
- Dave Winer tries to get presidential campaign conference call MP3s online.
- Robert Scoble followed by thousands, but as in Revision3 story he can sometimes be wrong.
- PWN 2 OWN: MacBook Air pwned in two minutes; Vista laptop lasts longer, while Linux escapes.
- Apple may be pushing Safari 3.1 onto Windows iTunes users, but Apple's EULA said that's illegal.
- Adobe launches Photoshop Express. But wait, does Adobe own your photos?
- MAD Magazine's Al Jaffee still in the fold.
- Visit the Make Magazine Maker Faire May 3 and 4 at the San Mateo, Calif. Fairgrounds.
