iPhones Hate Helium

Jason Howell and Megan Morrone discuss this week's news that Systems Specialist, Erik Wooldridge noticed that helium was disabling iPhones and Apple Watches at a hospital near Chicago. He posted on Reddit and determined that the iOS devices failed because of a liquid helium leak from their MRI machines. Apple is aware of the problem and states in its user guide that "Exposing iPhone to environments having high concentrations of industrial chemicals, including near evaporating liquified gasses such as helium, may damage or impair iPhone functionality." It will also make Siri talk in a very high voice.
